Daplytics provides publicly available analytics data relating to iGaming streaming activity across Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. Information displayed on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or regulatory advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may access and view the Site for personal and internal business purposes. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
- Use the Site or its data to facilitate spam, fraud, or illegal activity.

Streaming metrics are sourced from public platform data and proprietary analysis. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and current, but we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the Site. Use data from the Site for business decisions at your own risk.
6. Third-party platforms and links
The Site links to or displays data relating to third-party platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, etc.). Daplytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content or practices of those platforms. Casino operator names and logos referenced as market illustrations are property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daplytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its data.
8. Privacy
